Returns & Refunds

We shall not accept returns for change of mind or if you make a wrong decision unless due to our negligence or incorrect information supplied by ourselves. Skyspan may in its absolute discretion accept non-defective Goods for return in which case Skyspan will require the Customer to pay handling and restocking fees of 20% of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight costs. Goods made to order cannot be returned.

 

Customer must inspect Goods on delivery and must within seven (7) days of delivery notify Skyspan in writing of any defect/damage, shortage in quantity or failure to comply with the description or quote. The customer must notify any other alleged defect in the Goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such a notification the Customer must allow Skyspan to inspect the Goods.

 

If the Goods are defective or damaged, Skyspan will replace the Goods and pay for all freight. If Skyspan is unable to replace the Goods, Skyspan will refund any money and freight costs the Customer has paid for the Goods.

 

If Goods are defective or damaged and email stating the invoice number and a description of the Defect or Damage must be sent to info@skyspan.com.au
